Welcome to Florida! Many of you have moved to Florida because of the weather, the beaches and the lifestyle. Another benefit of living in Florida is that it has no personal income tax, inheritance tax or death tax. In order to avoid the income tax, inheritance tax and death tax of your old state, you must establish a Florida domicile.

Over the last 25 years, I have answered numerous questions for new Florida residents.
